School Council present their petition

Yesterday, three members of our School Council went to the local Tower Hamlets Council meeting to present their petition to them. The representatives spoke with confidence and impressed the councillors, earning several rounds of applause.

It was encouraging to hear a lot of support from councillors in finding a solution to dangerous driving and parking outside our school. It sounded as though a number of things are being investigated and we know that the children will be keeping a close eye on what happens to make sure that actions are taken.
