Breakfast Club and After School Childcare

Both our Breakfast Club and our After School Childcare Provision are available to all children, from Reception to Year 6. We still have places in both and may be able to expand if higher interest is shown. Please come to the office to pick up an application form.

Breakfast Club - £2 per day

After School Childcare - £8.50 per day

Both (Wrap around care) - £10 per day

You must book the days you want when applying and attend the same days each week.

Breakfast Club

We have a small breakfast club which runs from 8:00am daily. A £2 fee is charged for a healthy breakfast and supervised activities before school starts. Children must arrive at breakfast club by 8:30am.

After School Childcare Provision

The provision is based in the dining hall, however, we also do activities in the main hall, playground and in the design and technology room. The provision runs from 3.30pm-5:45pm, Monday to Friday.

The provision is managed by Orion Ferguson who is also a Learning Mentor at Arnhem Wharf Primary School. The usual play workers at the Club are Hannah (arts and craft leader) and Jose (sports coach).  The team plan a range of different activities which change regularly, including games, stories, creative play, arts and craft and sports.

A choice of healthy foods are on offer including fresh fruit and vegetables, a selection of sandwiches, tortilla wraps, cereal bars, crumpets, and drinks (water and sometimes squash). The menu is adapted to suit children’s choices.

Children must be collected promptly when the club ends at 5:45pm.
